Mike has been at the helm of Key Connections since its birth. He focuses on business strategy, growth and managing production across all clients. With a keen focus on ethical and traceable production, Mike works very closely with every factory to focus on how we can constantly improve and better the manufacturing industry.

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Rob has been an account manager at Key Connections for 2 years. Heading up Picante & Daniel Simmons production along with working across all clients on knitwear developments, Rob has a keen eye for detail, is highly organised and motivated to deliver exceptional quality goods. His systematic mind brings perfect balance to the office and you can always rely on him to have picked up on the elements that most wouldn’t consider.

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Joining us in 2024 Rob has come on as a Production Manager to work across our brands and integrate his detailed sportswear manufacturing knowledge across our roster. Having honed his skills at Craig Green and CHPT3 no product is too complex or intricate to be perfected.

JNR PRODUCTION MANAGER

Working across multiple brands Zoe brings her careful, considered nature to all her brands. She’s meticulous with details and planning and she knows just how to adapt to give clients clear information and keep production on track.

TECHNICAL GARMENT DEVELOPER

Working across all clients Xander focuses on bringing clients designs to life. Fluent in Adobe Suite he can bring life to any project with perfect garment cads and graphic developments. Sustainability is at the heart of his practice and he’s always up-cycling and re working items to give them a new lease of life, injecting his design flare into everything he does
